Dans un communiqué datant du 5 avril, le Ministre de la Justice, Mamadou Lamine Fofana, a exigé que tous les candidats proclamés élus à l’issue des élections législatives du 22 mars dernier de se faire dépister à la Covid-19.
Selon le Front National pour la Défense de la Constitution, cette démarche consiste à aller “dans la perspective inavouée de procéder à l’installation de ces 114 imposteurs en manque de légitimité”.
Ainsi le FNDC déclare “prendre donc acte de la politisation à outrance de la lutte contre la propagation du Coronavirus et considère que l’arrestation de ces membres et sympathisants est une provocation qu’il ne saurait tolérer”, fustige-t-il.
Cependant, le Front anti-troisième mandat promet de mettre tout en œuvre pour faire respecter l’ordre constitutionnel, “quitte à suspendre la trêve que nous nous sommes imposée à cause du Coronavirus”, a-t-il laissé entendre.
Par ailleurs, dans son communiqué publié ce mardi, 07 avril 2020, “le FNDC lance un appel à toutes ses structures de Conakry et de l’intérieur du pays pour qu’elles se mettent en ordre de bataille en vue du déclenchement des actions d’envergure qui interviendront à tout moment”, a-t-il martelé.
“Le déclenchement de ces actions dépendra de la prise de conscience du Gouvernement qui devrait faire preuve de responsabilité en arrêtant immédiatement ses démarches d’aggravation de la crise politico-sanitaire et en libérant sans délai les membres du FNDC arrêtés à ce jour.
Le FNDC rappelle qu’il ne reconnaîtra aucune Institution ou Constitution issue du coup d’État constitutionnel du 22 mars 2020. Le Peuple de Guinée ne reconnaît que sa Constitution de Mai 2010”, a souligné le Front National pour la Défense de la Constitution.
