Une vingtaine d’entraîneurs de licence B et C sont en formation de quatre jours depuis ce lundi matin au Centre Sportif de Yorokoguiya à Dubréka.
Cette session de formation est organisée par la Direction Technique Nationale en collaboration avec le Département Formation et Développement de la Fédération Guinéenne de Football. Elle a pour objectif, rehausser le niveau de ces techniciens guinéens sur les thématiques suivantes : les aspects mentaux et psychologique, préparation athlétique, opposition onze contre onze joueurs, compte rendu de l’observation, relations entraîneurs et entraînés, entre autres.
Aux dires du formateur, Jérôme Fougeron, recruteur du Havre (club de la Ligue 1 française), ce stage est un rendez-vous de donner et de recevoir. Il a ensuite demandé aux séminaristes d’être attentifs durant les quatre jours de stages.
Présidant cette cérémonie d’ouverture, Mamadou Antonio Souaré, Président de la Féguifoot, entouré de ses principaux collaborateurs, a mis un accent sur la remise à niveau des entraîneurs.
Selon lui, au niveau des instances de football, notamment à la Fédération guinéenne de football, tout vient avant la formation.
Avant de féliciter la Direction Technique Nationale et le Département Formation et Développement de l’instance faîtière du football guinéen de cette initiative.
« Tout pays doit avoir son Centre Technique en particulier et les installations sportives en général, avant de parler de la pratique du football. Notre priorité, c’est délocaliser le football de la rue dans les écoles ou dans les centres de formation. Notre institution songe sur un aspect très important, celui qui consiste à ce que les entraîneurs aient le fruit du travail. Tout cela pourrait être une réalité lorsque le Centre Technique de Nongo sera opérationnel », promet-il.
Le chef de Département Formation et Développement de la Féguifoot, Abdoul Karim Bangoura ‘’AKB’’ a indiqué qu’à l’issue dudit stage, les cinq premiers au classement seront retenus pour aller faire une formation de deux ans en Europe.
