Suite à la manifestation pacifique réprimée à N’Zérékoré le jeudi 13 juin 2019, il est temps de repenser la stratégie globale de l’opposition, afin de protéger les populations.
La meilleure formule serait de se retirer immédiatement des institutions, la CENI et le Parlement principalement. A charge pour les Partis politiques concernés, d’exclure les récalcitrants de leurs rangs.
Il en résulterait zéro mort, zéro blessé, zéro arrestation, dans une démocrature guinéenne où l’Exécutif organiserait les élections, voterait les lois, exercerait le contrôle de l’action gouvernementale et gèrerait la Cité, comme je le disais il y a plusieurs mois.
Les Partis politiques concernés et toutes les forces sociales devraient s’accorder sur une stratégie commune, qui pousserait le pouvoir à organiser les Législatives en 2019, ou le risque d’écourter le mandat en cours. Il n’est pas question de laisser le Président Alpha Condé se défausser sur la CENI et l’Assemblée Nationale.
2020, c’est dans un an et demi. Les communiqués, les conférences de presse, les débats et les marches doivent accompagner ce retrait, afin de massifier/intensifier toutes les actions grâce à la loi du nombre.
La CENI est la cible, tout comme le pouvoir est l’adversaire. Mais à force de tergiverser, nous risquons de tomber dans une guéguerre entre opposants-forces sociales-société civile… qui fait partie de leurs prévisions.
Il est temps d’être dans l’action et l’anticipation, et non plus en réaction des manœuvres suicidaires d’un pouvoir, qui déroule son calendrier maléfique, avec la complicité avérée de nombreux acteurs qui n’appartiennent pas à son camp.
