L’office de protection du genre de l’enfance et des mœurs à présenté ce jeudi 10 décembre 2020 à la presse un présumé violeur d’un enfant âgé à peine de 15 mois.
L’acte s’est passé hier mercredi dans le Faban situé dans la commune de Matoto. Pour les officiers enquêteurs, les premiers résultats d’analyse font état d’une défloration du périnée. «Nous avons reçu un cas de viol d’un présumé auteur du nom de Mohamed Soumah 36 ans menuisier de profession. Il est accusé d’avoir commis des actes sexuels sur un enfant de 15 mois qui a été référée à la médecine légale. La médecine a posé des actes et a conclu d’une incapacité de travail de 15 jours et qui est déjà un acte criminel. Ils ont aussi déterminé la position de l’acte au niveau du périèque l’enfant a été touché et ça causé des déchirures périnéales.
Dans l’audition du présumé auteur il a reconnu avoir fait rentrer l’enfant dans sa chambre mais il dit n’avoir posé que sa main sur le sexe du bébé. La médecine légale a été précise que l’enfant a été touché au niveau du périnée et le périnée se situe entre l’anus et le vagin et c’est là-bas ou y a déchirure » a expliqué le commissaire de police Ibrahima Henry Faques
Le présumé auteur a reconnu les actes d’attouchements sur la petite fille. « je n’ai pas violé l’enfant, la petite fille était avec moi dans la chambre j’ai fait que la toucher et je demande pardon parce que c’est la première fois que cela m’arrive. Ce que le docteur a dit c’est entre eux et Dieu moi c’est tout ce que je sais » a laissé entendre Mohamed Soumah
Les officiers de l’OPROGEM ont indiqué que le présumé auteur sera traduit dans les heures à venir devant le procureur de la république pour être entendu
