Dans une déclaration publiée ce mardi, 05 mai 2020, le Bloc Libéral a dénoncé les arrestations et l’emprisonnement arbitraires des leaders et partisans du FNDC, en dépit de la crise du COVID19 qui sévit en Guinée.
Selon le BL de Dr Faya Millimono, ces “graves violations des droits civiques” des citoyens qui se poursuivent avec frénésie tant à Conakry que sur l’étendue du territoire national, sont la preuve irréfutable que “le régime persiste dans sa logique d’éteindre toutes expressions d’opinions populaires allant en contre-sens de sa politique d’embrigadement des Guinéens”.
Le Bloc Libéral rappelle dans sa déclaration, que quelques semaines après “le pseudo double scrutin contesté” du 22 mars dernier, “plus de 42 citoyens ont été arrêtés à N’Zérékoré et déportés, sans aucun procès, en Haute Guinée”.
En effet, le président du BL et sa formation politique exigent donc la libération sans condition de ces militants du FNDC et l’ouverture d’une enquête indépendante pour faire la lumière sur les massacres de N’Zérékoré, “qui ont fait des dizaines de morts (la majorité enterrée dans une fosse commune), plus d’une centaine de blessés, des destructions de 83 maisons dont cinq églises, et des destructions de plusieurs voitures et motos privées”.
Par ailleurs, tout en craignant une propagation massive du coronavirus dans les prisons, le Bloc Libéral a souligné, “qu’il est aussi établi que la plupart des personnes privées de liberté n’ont jamais été condamnées par un juge. Ce sont des personnes qui attendent d’être jugées, certaines depuis dix ans ou plus. C’est même parfois pour des délits qui n’auraient pas envoyé quelqu’un en prison pour plus de six mois.
