Incarcéré depuis plus de deux ans pour les évènements du 28 septembre 2009 à Conakry, Aboubacar Sidiki Diakité alias Toumba, se trouve dans un état de santé degradé.
” La santé de Toumba devient pour nous une très grande préoccupation, son état est très alarmant ” a indiqué ce mardi maître Paul Yomba Kourouma, l’un des avocats de l’accusé.
Selon Me.Kourouma, son client serait laissé pour compte par les autorités, ” Toumba à ce jour est boudé tant par l’administration pénitentiaire que par le département ”, a-t-il ajouté.
A en croire aux propos de maître Paul Yomba Kourouma, Toumba Diakité souffre d’une hernie qui mérite une intervention chirurgicale, voire une évacuation dans un hôpital spécialisé.
Dans le dossier des massacres du 28 septembre 2009, plusieurs personnes sont concernées, mais à ce jour Toumba est le seul incarcéré et le jour de son procès n’est toujours pas connu.
Selon les avocats d’Aboubacar Sidiki Diakité, si rien n’est fait pour leur client, ils seront obligés de saisir la juridiction de la CEDEAO pour se faire entendre.
