Les Guinéens à l’âge de voter se rendront dans les urnes le 21 septembre prochain pour le “Oui” ou le “Non” à une nouvelle constitution. Bien avant ce référendum qui va constituer la première consultation électorale en route à un retour à l’ordre constitutionnel, les membres du Gouvernement ont reçu la mission d’aller présenter aux populations dans l’arrière-pays le projet de ladite constitution.
Pendant tout ce week-end jusqu’en début de semaine à venir, ils seront les hôtes des préfectures des quatre régions naturelles par groupe de ministres.
Ce samedi à Kindia, les ministres des Postes et télécommunications Rose Pola Pricemo, celui du Budget Facinet Sylla et de la Santé Oumar Diouhé Bah ont présenté et expliqué sommairement les grandes lignes de la future loi fondamentale. Ils ont surtout invité les populations massivement mobilisées à la maison des jeunes à s’approprier du contenu de ladite constitution.
“Nous ne sommes pas en campagne pour le président Mamadi Doumbouya mais pour vous présenter le projet de constitution. Cette constitution n’est ni pour le président Mamadi Doumbouya, ni pour nous les ministres, ni pour le Gouverneur mais pour l’ensemble des Guinéens. Donc chacun doit s’en approprier pour qu’au moment venu chacun puisse voter en toute connaissance de cause” ont repris et soutenu les émissaires du Gouvernement et l’autorité régionale Général 2e section Aboubacar Diakité du haut de la tribune.
Outre les populations, cette rencontre a enregistré la présence des cadres régionaux, préfectoraux et communaux, des services de défense et de sécurité, des leaders d’opinions, la notabilité. Bref, Kindia dans sa composante socio-professionnelle.
