Comme annoncé, la rencontre entre le Premier Ministre, Ibrahima Kassory Fofana et Mama Kanny Diallo, Ministre du Plan et du Développement Économique sous la direction de Tibou Kamara, Ministre d’État, Conseiller Spécial du Président, Ministre de l’Industrie et des PME pour rétablir le pont du dialogue suite à l’incident né d’une appréciation divergente autour d’un document d’intérêt national, a eu lieu ce lundi au siège du gouvernement guinéen.
Loin de tout regard indiscret susceptible de trahir les faits et dénaturer la réalité, le Premier Ministre et la Ministre du Plan n’avaient que pour seul témoin, le médiateur Tibou Kamara qui l’on sait bien est une tombe de discrétions jamais profanée.
Si personne ne peut dire avec exactitude ce qui a été au cours des échanges, cependant, il est bien possible de situer le contexte de la rencontre dans son idéal sans transgresser le but final qui est celui de renforcer la communication entre les membres du gouvernement ou de la nécessité absolue de restaurer la confiance et la collaboration habituelle, la soumission à l’autorité directe du Chef du gouvernement pour ses missions : De contrôle, de coordination et d’impulsion de l’action gouvernementale et à lui seul, le devoir d’engager la responsabilité de tout le gouvernement devant le Chef de l’État.
Loin d’un procès tenant lieu à une foire d’excuses ou de pardon, la rencontre d’aujourd’hui, n’avait ni accusé, ni victime ni coupable et encore moins d’un jugement.
La grande hypothèse possible, était de savoir qu’est-ce qui est à l’origine de l’incompréhension et comment agir en sorte pour que de tel acte ne se reproduise pas dans un avenir aussi proche et de nature à négativement impacter l’unité et la solidarité entre les membres du gouvernement.
Comme dit l’adage : ‘’ tout est bien, qui finit bien ‘’.
