Pour une élection sans violence en Guinée, le CNOSC-DDG appelle les candidats en lice et leurs militants à la culture de la paix. Il l’a fait savoir ce mardi dans une déclaration lors d’une conférence presse à son siège à Sonfonia.
DÉCLARATION POUR UNE ÉLECTION DANS LA PAIX
Dans le cadre de l’Éducation Électorale des Citoyens et la sensibilisation de la population sur les élections dans la paix, le Conseil National des organisations de la Société Civile pour la Démocratie et le Développement de la Guinée « CNOSC-DDG » demande les citoyens et les acteurs socio-politique du pays y compris les militants des partis politiques d’œuvrer pour la réussite des élections présidentielles 2020 dans la paix et l’Unité Nationale.
1- Le CNOSC-DDG demande à tous les citoyens de retirer leurs cartes d’électeurs maintenant et d’aller voter calmement le 18 octobre ;
2- Le CNOSC-DDG demande aux candidats et militants des partis politiques de faire des campagnes électorales sans violence en sauvegardant la Paix et l’Unité Nationale ; d’éviter des discours ou des comportements qui peuvent provoquer les violations des droits de l’Homme.
3- Le CNOSC-DDG demande au Gouvernement et aux institutions Républicaines y compris l’Administration Locale et les démembrements de la CENI d’œuvrer pour la réussite des élections présidentielles 2020 dans la paix et l’Unité Nationale en respectant les règles ci-après :
– Faciliter les retraits des cartes électeurs et sécurisé le processus électoral ;
– Faciliter l’observation électorale et la médiation citoyenne ;
– Prendre tous les candidats au même pied d’égalité et de considérer et respecter tous acteurs intervenants dans les différentes opérations du processus électorale.
Attention : tous les citoyens sont priés de retirer leurs cartes et d’aller voter calmement, tous les candidats sont demandés de faire une campagne électorale sans violence et sans ethniciser le débat électoral.
