Il vise en particulier à rompre la transmission intergénérationnelle de la pauvreté à travers l’augmentation des revenus et ménages et l’amélioration des conditions de vie des personnes vulnérables qu’en milieu urbain que rurale. Le projet a permis la réalisation de 226 microprojets qui ont contribué à la création de 37.793 emplois pour les femmes et les jeunes » s’est réjoui la ministre du plan et du développement économique.
Pour cette année 2019, le ministère du plan et du développement économique se fixe comme objectif la concrétisation des engagements financiers issus de la réunion du groupe consultatif, l’amélioration de la performance dans la gestion intégrée et le démarrage du programme national de renforcement de capacité un programme conçu pour répondre au déficit de capacité de gestion qui était de nature à compromettre la réussite du PNDES, a conclu La ministre.
