L’ambassadeur Mamadi Seinkoun Kaba est mort ce samedi 11 janvier à Paris des suites de maladie. Information confirmée par un proche de la famille du défunt.
En dehors du pays quelques jours avant la chute d’Alpha Condé dont il était le chef protocole, Seinkoun Kaba a préféré prolonger son séjour à l’extérieur pour éventuellement éviter à avoir maille avec les nouvelles autorités même si officiellement aucun reproche lui a été fait.
