En ma qualité de scientifique et surtout d’enseignant avec plus de 25 ans d’expériences et ayant gravis tous les échelons dans la dispensation des cours de sciences physiques dans les principaux lycées de Conakry (Publics et Privés) mais aussi à la faculté des sciences de l’UGANC (Niveau DEUG, LICENCE et MAITRISE), j’ai le devoir d’apporter quelques précisions sur notre système éducatif.
Des critères précis existent pour intégrer l’enseignement d’une discipline. Le premier critère fondamental est celui de la maitrise du domaine. Pour enseigner une matière donnée, l’enseignant doit en avoir la maitrise parfaite. Malheureusement, il a été constaté que la plupart des enseignants actuellement dans nos lycées et collèges n’ont aucune maitrise des disciplines qu’ils enseignent. Comment voulez-vous que les élèves soient performant dans ce cas ?
Le second critère aussi fondamental est la méthodologie appliquée pour transmettre les connaissances aux élèves. C’est ce qu’on appelle la pédagogie d’enseignement. Je me rappel que pendant un certain temps reculé, les inspecteurs passaient dans différentes classes des lycées et collèges pour évaluer l’enseignant. A ma connaissance, actuellement, ces pratiques sont délaissées. Combien de formation en pédagogie a-t-elle été organisée pour les enseignants ces dernières années ?
La réponse à ces différentes questions indiquera les principaux responsables de cette faillite de notre système éducatif. Pour ma part, les élèves ne peuvent pas être considérés comme les seuls responsables de cette situation. Un examen évalue l’élève et son enseignant. Lorsque le nombre d’échec atteint un certain niveau, l’enseignant est grandement responsable. L’état doit créer des conditions strictes de recrutement dans le milieu enseignant sinon nous assisterons à de l’anarchie.
