Comment améliorer la qualité des archivistes et secrétaires du ministère de l’enseignement supérieur guinéen? C’est pour répondre à cette problématique que le cabinet dudit département à entamé ce lundi 16 Décembre 2019 la formation de certains cadres. Elle s’inscrit dans le cadre des réformes entamées par le ministre Abdoulaye Yéro Baldé, afin d’améliorer les compétences techniques et administratives de ses cadres.
La division des ressources humaines qui exécute cette tâche entend suivre à la lettre les instructions pour rehausser le niveau des archivistes et secrétaires du ministère de l’enseignement supérieur.
Pendant 5 jours, les 20 participants dont 15 archivistes et 5 secrétaires particulières vont bénéficier des techniques modernes d’archivage et de secrétariat, les nouvelles approches liées à l’exécution de ces tâches et connaissances pratiques sur ces métiers.
L’idée est de produire un système de gestion des archives intégrés dans la plateforme du département et au dématérialisation des archives pour que désormais sa gestion soit numérisée.
