Il a fallu vraisemblablement que des voix s’élèvent pour que le tout nouveau premier ministre Ibrahima Kassory Fofana fasse bon usage de l’article 36 de la constitution qui dispose que ”…les ministres avant leur entrée en fonction et à la fin de celle-ci déposent à la cour constitutionnelle la déclaration sur l’honneur de leurs biens”. Le chef du gouvernement s’est plié à cet exercice ce mardi 29 mai soit près d’une semaine après la passation de services entre lui et le premier ministre sortant. Au sortir de cet exercice démocratique, Ibrahima Kassory Fofana a déclaré:
”La visite des institutions républicaines s’inscrit dans le cadre d’une démarche coordonnée visant à créer une cohésion entre les institutions républicaines parce que le président de la République qui est un juriste est très soucieux de l’harmonie entre les institutions, le respect du droit. On ne peut pas construire un État de droit si les institutions ne sont pas fortes. La première démarche, c’est d’être à l’écoute des institutions républicaines. De regarder avec elles en quoi nous pouvons améliorer les relations entre l’exécutif et elles. Nous, nous sommes l’institution exécutive et elles sont des institutions autres. Chacun doit jouer sa partition pour la cohérence d’ensemble de l’action publique. Alors, la visite s’inscrit dans ce cadre. Pour ce qui vous intéresse, j’ai fait ma déclaration de biens à la Cour Constitutionnelle conformément aux lois de la République”
