A presqu’une semaine de la tenue du scrutin couplé législatives- Référendum le dimanche 1er mars, les positions se durcissent. Face à la volonté vaille que vaille du président Alpha Condé d’aller jusqu’au bout le FNDC n’en décolère pas également. Réunis ce lundi 24 février, ces leaders ont rendu public une déclaration dans laquelle ils disent ne plus reconnaître Alpha Condé comme président de la République mais aussi ils exigent son départ immédiat du pouvoir et cela sans condition. DÉCLARATION N°069
La Guinée entame une semaine cruciale de son histoire. Monsieur Alpha Condé est en passe de perpétrer son coup dEtat constitutionnel en dépit de la désapprobation du peuple de Guinée et des multiples interventions des autorités morales et religieuses, des leaders d’opinion et de la communauté internationale.
Ayant noté que tous les sacrifices consentis par le Peuple de Guinée (assassinats, emprisonnement, kidnapping) ainsi que toutes les démarches engagées pour convaincre Monsieur Alpha Condé dabandonner son projet de troisième mandat, ont toutes échoué ;
Considérant le Coup d’Etat civil en cours depuis le 19 décembre 2019 et qui est maquillé sous le label de référendum ;
Considérant le parjure dont M. Alpha CONDE s’est rendu coupable en violant son serment de respecter et de faire respecter la Constitution ;
Considérant le refus de M. Alpha Condé de mettre en place la Haute Cour de justice qui aurait pu le juger pour haute trahison ;
Le FNDC, porteur des aspirations démocratiques du Peuple de Guinée, décide de ne plus reconnaitre M. Alpha CONDE comme Président de la République de Guinée et demande son départ immédiat et sans conditions du pouvoir.
Par conséquent, le FNDC :
Appelle toutes les guinéennes et tous les guinéens à sortir massivement à partir de ce jeudi 27 février pour empêcher par tous les moyens légaux le putsch constitutionnel de M. Alpha CONDE;
Invite tous les citoyens à user de la légitime défense pour résister, conformément à larticle 21, alinéa 4 de la Constitution, aux milices que M. Alpha Condé tente de constituer pour perpétrer son coup dEtat constitutionnel ;
Appelle tous les citoyens guinéens civils et militaires à se mobiliser pour déjouer le coup d’Etat constitutionnel en cours ;
Exhorte ses antennes dans les préfectures, les sous-préfectures, les communes, les quartiers et districts ainsi que toutes ses organisations membres et leurs démembrements sur l’ensemble du territoire à redoubler d’engagement pour éviter le recul démocratique;
Met en garde les représentants des institutions de la République et les administrateurs territoriaux quant aux conséquences de leur collaboration directe ou indirecte avec ceux qui ont trahi la Constitution, la République et la souveraineté nationale ;
Appelle l’Armée nationale à demeurer républicaine et à cesser de protéger un seul Guinéen, M. Alpha Condé contre tout le Peuple de Guinée.
Par ailleurs, le FNDC :
Invite la CEDEAO et l’UA au respect de leurs propres principes sur la gouvernance démocratique, notamment en ce qui concerne les coups d’Etat, car qu’il soit militaire ou civil, un Coup dEtat équivaut à un Coup dEtat ;
Félicite et remercie les députés européens pour leur courageuse prise de position et demande à la Commission de l’UE de prendre des sanctions concrètes contre le régime dictatorial et sanguinaire de M. Alpha Condé ;
Appelle la CEDEAO, l’UA et le Conseil de sécurité des Nations Unies à prendre des sanctions collectives et individuelles contre les promoteurs du coup d’Etat constitutionnel ainsi que les auteurs et commanditaires des répressions sanglantes et crimes contre l’humanité en Guinée;
La lutte de longue haleine entreprise par le Peuple souverain de Guinée épris de paix et de justice, ne sarrêtera pas au 1er mars et continuera jusquau départ de M. Alpha Condé.
