Depuis 2018, le gouvernement guinéen et l’UNICEF se sont engagés dans un nouveau cycle de programme de coopération allant de 2018 à 2022. Cet atelier est organisé dans ce cadre, pour évaluer l’exécution des objectifs qu’ils se sont fixés en prélude à la revue annuelle prévue au mois de janvier prochain.
Cette initiative serait à même de créer un environnement favorable à la consolidation de la gouvernance locale, de la décentralisation avec un accent particulier mis sur les enfants les plus vulnérables et défavorisés.
Cette pré revue regroupe les cadres techniques du ministère du plan, de la jeunesse entre autres avec ceux de l’UNICEF. Le bilan de la mise en oeuvre des résolutions et engagement adoptés, la production d’un rapport de progrès sur les performances du programme de l’UNICEF, l’analyse synthétique des bonnes pratiques et résultats majeurs et la production de document de travail pour la revue annuelle sont les principaux sujets qui seront à l’ordre du jour.
La session se veut d’être un espace de dialogue et d’échange fructueux marqués par un esprit de responsabilité de tous les participants.
