Le PADES entendez parti des démocrates pour l’espoir a célébré le samedi 16 février le deuxième anniversaire de sa création. C’était dans la cour de l’Université Kofi Annan de Guinée sous la présidence de Dr. Ousmane Kaba, président dudit parti.
Plusieurs leaders de partis politiques ont honoré de leur présence à cet événement du PADES, notamment Sidya Touré de l’UFR, Faya Millimono du BL, Bah Oury de l’UFDG, et tant d’autres. L’occasion a été pour certains leaders de témoigner leur sympathie pour le PADES.
Dans son discours de circonstance, le président du PADES n’a pas fait de cadeaux au pouvoir en place mais aussi à ses pairs de l’opposition. << La situation à la fois nébuleuse et contraste du climat politique guinéen est due à l’action nocive de certains partis politiques >> a accusé le président du PADES, Ousmane Kaba sans nommer expressément les partis dans son viseur
Ensuite, Dr Kaba croit que << La Guinée a un véritable problème institutionnel dont elle peine à faire face…la Constitution est trahie, violée, foulée au pied quotidiennement par le pouvoir et les institutions elles-mêmes…Les crises que nous traversons ne sont pas étrangères à l’affaiblissement de nos institutions >> soutient l’ancien allié d’Alpha Condé
Aussi, abordant le sujet des députés de l’Assemblée nationale, Dr. Ousmane Kaba a affirmé que << la question de la Constitution en générale et celle du décret de prorogation du mandat de l’Assemblée nationale en particulier, pose de nombreux problèmes…>>
Par ricochet, indique le président du PADES, les députés de tous les partis d’opposition doivent adopter une posture de boycott, de ne pas se présenter à aucune convocation de session parlementaire.
Cet anniversaire a été aussi l’occasion pour Dr.Ousmane Kaba de dresser le bilan et les défis de son parti.
