Le Chef de l’Etat Professeur Alpha Condé a présidé hier jeudi 10 mai 2018 à Conakry l’ouverture du forum de l’étudiant guinéen. A cette occasion, le professeur Alpha Condé dénoncé ce qu’il qualifie de niveau bas de l’enseignant guinéen. «L’enseignant guinéen n’a pas de niveau, à qui la faute ?» a interrogé le président de la République.
Pour Alpha Condé, si l’enseignant guinéen à un niveau bas, la faute incombe aux structures syndicales du pays. « C’est la faute à l’union syndicale des travailleurs de Guinée (USTG) et la Confédération nationale des travailleurs de Guinée (CNTG) indique-t-il. «Vous savez, à la fin de son mandat, la deuxième république avait un chantier qui ne lui permettait pas de gouverner. Il faut qu’on se dise la vérité dans ce pays. Les syndicats ont pris l’Etat en otage pour imposer des choses qui sont contraires à l’intérêt de tous les guinéens.» a rappelé Alpha Condé. Mais comment s’est-on retrouvé dans cette situation? « Ce sont les syndicats qui nous ont obligé de recruter des enseignants. L’année dernière ils nous ont dit de recruter 1600 contractuels qui n’avaient aucun niveau. Je les ai dit que nous venons de mettre en place, un comité d’audit avec les enseignants, les syndicats des enseignants les parents d’élèves, la société civile et des hommes politiques qui ont montré que les enseignants actuels n’ont pas le niveau. Les enseignants actuels n’ont pas le niveau et vous nous dites de recruter encore d’autres qui ont moins de niveau. Ils ont dit que si on ne le fait pas ils vont en grève. CNTG-USTG pas le SLEECG» a t- il dit sous des acclamations.
«Cela veut dire qu’ils vont en grève et l’enseignement et les banques et la fonction publique» rajoute t- il. « On a recruté ces jeunes » précise Alpha Condé. En 2012, j’ai diT qu’on va faire un test avant de faire les États Généraux de l’enseignement. Nous avons organisé un test en 2012, nous avons pris 750 enseignants du primaire, on a on a fait une dictée du CE2, on a mis 20 fautes dans la dictée, et sur les 750 enseignants, 75% ont été incapables de trouver ces 20 fautes et dans ces 75%, 25% ont ajouté des fautes supplémentaires. Comme on se battait en ce moment pour avoir le PPTE, et l’opposition marchait dans les rues on a été obligé d’accepter ce que les syndicats ont demandé pour éviter des troubles…..» poursuit le président de la République. «Les parents d’élèves doivent se poser la question. N’est-il pas mieux d’avoir une année blanche et de recruter des enseignants sortis de l’ISSEG et de l’ENI que de faire de l’enseignant qui enseigne les enfants qui n’ont aucun niveau et qui vont former des chômeurs….Après les états généraux , les enseignants ne seront recrutés qui s’ils sont sortis de l’École Normale des Instituteurs « ENI,» a prévenu Alpha Condé . Avant de rajouter : «On ne va plus nous imposer de recruter des petits chômeurs qui n’ont aucun niveau parce que ça fait plaisir aux syndicats. Nous n’allons plus accepter que les syndicats soient un État dans l’État et qu’ils imposent, qu’ils sacrifient l’ensemble du peuple de Guinée pour leur revendication alors que sur 12 millions d’habitants il y a combien de fonctionnaires? Et les autres? Eux ils ne comptent pas?» s’est-il interrogé. «L’année prochaine, aucun enseignant ne donnera les cours s’il n’a pas réussi le teste » a insisté Alpha Condé.
S’adressant aux syndicats, le président est clair: « S’ils veulent la guerre, je suis prêt à la guerre. Ça doit être clair!» a conclu le Président de la République. Ce forum dure 3 jours et prendra fin ce samedi au Palais du peuple.
