Ainsi dans sa réquisition, le procureur Siddy Souleymane Ndiaye a requis cinq ans d’emprisonnement et le paiement d’amende à chacun des membres du FNDC. Il s’agit entre autres de Abdourahamane Sanoh, Sékou Koundouno, Abdoulaye Oumou Sow, Alpha Soumah alias Bill de Sam, Ibrahima Diallo, Mamadou Bobo Bah et Mamadou Bailo Barry.
Mamadou Sano (frère de Abourahamane Sano) devrait être élargi pour dit-on délit non constitué. Quant au verdict final, il est attendu pour le 22 octobre prochain
Il faut rappeler que ces membres du FNDC ont été arrêtés à la veille des manifestations du 14 octobre qu’ils ont appelé contre un changement de constitution et un troisième mandat pour Alpha Condé. Des manifestations qui ont coûté la vie à neuf personnes selon le gouvernement et la destruction de biens publics
