Monsieur Aboubacar Soumah Trop c’est mauvais. La dernière sortie médiatique du Secrétaire Général du SLECG (https://www.accentguinee.com/examens-nationaux-aboubacar-soumah-du-slecg-fait-de-grosses-revelations-et-exige-la-publication-de-vrais-resultats/) contre les résultats des examens nationaux session 2018 est vide de sens, et de surcroît décevant venant d’une personnalité comme Monsieur Aboubacar Soumah.
On se rappelle que le mois de février et mars ont été émaillés de grèves paralysant le secteur de l’éducation, conduisant à l’ouverture des négociations entre les représentants du gouvernement et le bureau exécutifs du Syndicat libre des enseignants et chercheurs de Guinée (SLECG) principal syndicat d’enseignants, dont à la tête Aboubacar Soumah, principal leader de cette grève.
Ce 24 juillet 2018, cette même structure syndicale à travers Monsieur Aboubacar Soumah fait une sortie médiatique en qualifiant les résultats des examens 2018 de politique. Simple observateur que je suis, et de surcroît ancien cadre du système éducatif guinéen, je trouve ces propos vides de sens et scandaleux.
Mais en fait, en quoi les résultats du baccalauréat 2018 sont-ils politisés ? Pour comprendre analysons les propos dans cette sortie de notre syndicaliste :
1)- ‘’En 2017, il y a eu 27% d’admission au Bac. En 2018, il y a eu 26,04%. En 2019, le pourcentage d’admis sera inférieur. Tout est déjà programmé puisqu’ils ne veulent pas livrer le surplus d’admis aux institutions privées d’enseignement’’ Nous dit notre syndicaliste.
A mon sens, la question n’est pas les pourcentages, mais les chiffres. En 2017 il y’a eu 23.656 admis toutes options confondues en Guinée soit 27,15%, et en 2018 on a 27.526 admis soit 26,04%. Observez les chiffres et dites-moi si le nombre de promus à l’université a augmenté ou diminué? Moi j’observe une différence de près de 4.000 nouveaux étudiants. Alors l’État a fait des économies?
2)- ‘’Le retard de la tenue des ateliers préparatoires, la précipitation dans l’organisation des examens nationaux, le manque d’écart entre les examens et de repos dans leurs déroulements, la diffusion tardive de la note de service désignant des surveillants faits à dessin pour éliminer d’autres et en profiter certains , la diminution du nombre de surveillants, de correcteurs, de secrétaires alors que l’effectif des candidats a augmenté’’ ajoute-t-il
Donnez-moi un seul examen en Guinée qui n’a pas connu les mêmes manquements. C’est toujours pareil. Vous voulez nous dire qu’il y a un protocole à suivre dans l’organisation des examens ? Ok d’accord, alors pourquoi quand il y’a eu ce manquement, vous n’avez pas arrêté le processus des examens, pourquoi vous n’avez pas déclenché de grève ? Parce que c’était plus pour payer les 40%.
On ne peut pas se servir de ses examens pour encore mettre les gens dans la rue. Trop c’est mauvais.
Moi je crois humblement que le problème des examens en Guinée est plus que ça. Nous n’avons pas d’indicateur de performance pour évaluer nos résultats. On ne peut remettre en cause un examen national sur la base de manque de procédure mais plutôt sur la base d’un indicateur. Sauf qu’en l’état la Guinée n’a rien de ce type.
La lecture que nous faisons de nos résultats sur la simple base des pourcentages est nulle.
La guinée peut faire mieux, remettons-nous au travail.
