En effet, au cours d’un entretien que le Ministre de l’éducation nationale et de l’alphabétisation, Mory Sangaré, a accordé à la RTG, ce mardi, 12 mai 2020, il a affirmé qu’il n’est pas saisi officiellement par cette décision.
Le Ministre Sangaré pense que s’il y a une telle chose, “c’est qu’il y a eu un accord entre le syndicat et le premier ministre. Et puisque je n’étais pas présent, et que je n’ai pas reçu un accord en provenance du Premier ministre chef du gouvernement me demandant d’agir ainsi, je ne peux que dire que ce n’est pas vrai”.
Il rappelle que ce gel de salaire concerne 615 enseignants sur toute l’étendue du territoire nationale. “C’est-à-dire, 365 pour la région de Conakry, et 250 pour le reste du pays”.
Par ailleurs, Mory Sangaré a souligné que le Premier ministre est le chef du gouvernement, “lorsqu’il instruit officiellement à un ministre, c’est tout de suite fait. Mon ministère n’est pas dans une logique de contester ce que le Premier ministre a demandé, mais nous voulons avoir des pièces de confirmation”.
