L’Association Guinéenne de la Presse en Ligne (AGUIPEL) a appris, avec effroi, l’enlèvement de Habib Marouane Camara journaliste et administrateur du site le révélateur224, membre de l’association.
Selon les premières informations, notre confrère a été kidnappé par des hommes en tenue militaire, qui l’ont extrait de force de son véhicule et conduit à une destination inconnue , le mardi 3 décembre 2024, dans la banlieue de Conakry.
Si ces faits se confirment, ils constituent une grave violation de la liberté de la presse, de toutes les lois en vigueur et même de l’Avant-projet de la Constitution qui dispose en son Article 10 alinéa 2 que “Nul ne peut être poursuivi, arrêté, gardé à vue, inculpé, détenu, jugé ou condamné qu’en vertu et selon les formes prévues par une loi antérieure aux faits qui lui sont reprochés.”
L’AGUIPEL exhorte les autorités judiciaires à s’inscrire dans l’ambitieux projet de Refondation de toutes les institutions, en s’abstenant de violer les lois et les procédures.
L’AGUIPEL condamne fermement cette forme d’arrestation d’un journaliste et exige sa libération immédiate.
