Le 22 Décembre 2008, il y a de cela dix ans jour pour jour, le Président Général Lansana Conté rendait l’âme, ici à Conakry, après 24 ans de règne à la tête de la Guinée.
Et c’est dans la même nuit du 22 Décembre 2008 que le CNDD du Capitaine Moussa Dadis Camara s’empare du pouvoir et ouvre la Guinée à une Transition politique.
Deux ans après, le 22 Décembre 2010, le Premier Ministre du Gouvernement d’Union Nationale de Transition, Jean Marie Doré a officiellement présenté la démission de son équipe au tout nouveau Président élu de Guinée, le Pr Alpha Condé. Ce qui marque légalement et pratiquement la fin du régime de Transition.
Et ce même 22 Décembre 2010, le Président Alpha Condé a ainsi démarré son mandat quinquennal. Ce qui marque historiquement le début de la Troisième République.
Si j’ajoute à tout cela que le discours-programme du Président du CMRN, le Colonel Lansana Conté, c’est à dire sa feuille de route gouvernementale sur 24 ans, a été prononcé le 22 Décembre 1985…
Et si j’ajoute encore que le Décret de trop, cet édit outrageant de son Premier ministre de l’époque, qui a chamboulé son règne, en mettant le peuple dans la rue en Janvier-Février 2007, que ce décret maléfique a été promulgué le 22 Décembre 2006…
Puis-je me permettre de conclure, au regard de ce cycle répétitif de Décembre, que les années politiques démarrent en Guinée, non pas le 1er Janvier, mais bien le 22 Décembre ?
Ce fait curieux, je commence vraiment à le croire puisque je l’ai remarqué. Mais -modestie oblige- je me garderai bien de m’en vanter…
