Conakry, 5 mars 2025 – Un an après sa nomination à la tête du Gouvernement, le Premier ministre, Amadou Oury Bah a pris la parole devant la presse pour faire le point sur son action et les perspectives de la Transition. Entouré de son cabinet et de plusieurs membres du Gouvernement, il a mis en avant les avancées majeures enregistrées et les défis qui restent à relever.
Dès son entrée en fonction, Amadou Oury Bah a instauré un cadre de dialogue inclusif et structuré, garant d’une gouvernance apaisée. Pour lui, la stabilité du pays repose sur une action gouvernementale cohérente et concertée, qui dépasse les intérêts individuels. « Il faut une démarche collective pour renforcer la stabilité et répondre aux attentes des citoyens », a-t-il affirmé, insistant sur la nécessité d’un travail d’équipe pour assurer la réussite de la Transition.
Le Premier ministre a réitéré son soutien à la Transition dirigée par le Général Mamadi Doumbouya, mettant en avant l’adhésion populaire dont elle bénéficie. « Le bilan du Général Président parle de lui-même. L’immersion auprès des populations a révélé des attentes fortes, et ce qui est en cours peut être amélioré et pérennisé », a-t-il déclaré. Il a également souligné que la Transition est une opportunité unique pour jeter les bases d’une gouvernance stable et efficace.
Interrogé sur le calendrier du retour à l’ordre constitutionnel, Amadou Oury Bah a clarifié les enjeux. Le principal défi réside dans l’élaboration d’une Constitution consensuelle et d’un fichier électoral fiable. « Depuis le début de la démocratisation, nous n’avons jamais eu un fichier électoral incontesté. Cette fois, nous nous appuyons sur le RAVEC pour garantir sa crédibilité », a-t-il expliqué. Il a insisté sur l’importance de bâtir un socle solide pour assurer des élections transparentes et apaisées, qui serviront de référence pour l’avenir du pays.
Le respect des droits de l’homme reste un enjeu central de l’action gouvernementale. Le Premier ministre a reconnu que des lacunes persistent et a fermement condamné toute pratique extrajudiciaire. « Les événements survenus depuis juillet 2024, notamment la disparition de Foniké Manguè et de Billo Bah, n’ont en rien servi les intérêts du Gouvernement. Nous devons combattre ces dérives à tous les niveaux », a-t-il martelé. Il a assuré que toutes les actions de l’État doivent être encadrées par l’ordre judiciaire afin de préserver l’image et la crédibilité des institutions.
S’agissant du dialogue avec la classe politique, Amadou Oury Bah a rappelé que des avancées majeures ont été enregistrées dès la première année de la Transition, grâce au dialogue inter-guinéen et aux assises nationales. « Il ne s’agit pas d’une grande messe régulière, mais d’un processus repensé et efficace. L’objectif est de maintenir une dynamique de réconciliation durable », a-t-il souligné.
En conclusion, le Premier ministre a réaffirmé l’engagement du Gouvernement à poursuivre les réformes essentielles pour garantir la stabilité et la prospérité du pays. « Le dialogue en Guinée est devenu permanent », a-t-il déclaré, insistant sur la nécessité d’une mobilisation collective pour assurer la réussite de la Transition.
