L’atterrissage d’un vol Ethiopian Airlines à l’aéroport international Conakry-Gbessia, mercredi, 20 mai 2020, transportant plusieurs ressortissants chinois, pendant cette période de pandémie où toutes les frontières sont fermées, a défrayé la chronique à plus d’un titre.
Dans la foulée, des rumeurs ont envahi la toile. L’on parle de 270 chinois. Certaines informations ont indiqué que ces Chinois seraient venus en Guinée dans le cadre des activités minières à Boké et à Kérouané.
En effet, interrogé sur le sujet par nos confrères la radio Espace, le DGA de SOGEAC, Abdel Kader Yombounaud, a précisé que c’est 170 chinois qui sont arrivés à Conakry.
À l’en croire, “ils sont venus avec des certificats de non contamination et Ils ont été testés par l’Agence Nationale de la Sécurité Sanitaire. Ils remplissent toutes les conditions sanitaires, et toutes les conditions aussi mises en place pour recevoir des étrangers en Guinée”.
Pour finir, le DGA de l’aéroport a rassuré que ces chinois doivent être préalablement suivis avant de rejoindre leur destination finale. “Ils sont actuellement confinés pour 14 jours”.
