Jusque-là opposant à un régime dans lequel il est conseiller à la présidence de la République, El Hadj Papa Koly Kourouma a été rappelé dans le gouvernement avec rang de Ministre d’État de l’Hydraulique et de l’assainissement. C’est le contenu d’un décret du président Condé rendu public le vendredi soir.
Ce qui ne surprend guère une bonne partie de l’opinion pour la simple raison que Papa Koly et son GRUP dans un communiqué (lire ci-dessous) se sont démarqués quelques heures seulement après que ses pairs de l’opposition aient officiliasés la création du front national pour la défense de la constitution. Ce qui apparaît dès lors comme un divorce avec l’opposition
Revenant aux décrets du soir, Mamadou Djouldé Diallo jusque-là Directeur général de la SEG société des eaux de Guinée a été nommé secrétaire général du nouveau département placé sous Papa Koly Kourouma. Quant au Ministère de l’Énergie il reste sous le magistère de Cheick Taliby Sylla
